PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to: support the shopping and delivery process, including fulfilling orders, processing payment, verifying eligibility to buy certain products, communicating with Team members and providing customer service to users; authorize access to our Services; fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for delivery, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We share information with organizations and individuals outside of Chef Market in the following circumstances:
With Your Consent. We will share information when we have your consent or when you have directed us to do so.
For Business Reasons. We provide information to our service providers and contractors who help us provide the Services or otherwise operate our business—this sharing includes appropriate instructions and contractual language for how the information can be used and how it should be protected. We may share information with the merchants who fulfill the orders you place using our Services for their operational and marketing purposes. We may share information with our marketing partners. We may share information between and among Chef Market, its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
DO NOT TRACK
Do Not Track Policy. Some browsers have a ”do not track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. At this time, we do not respond to browser ”do not track” signals.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
